¡Hoy es martes meditativo!     (Today is meditative Tuesday!)

La fecha es el doce (12) de marzo del año dos mil veinticuatro. (The date is March 12, 2024.)

El dicho de la semana es:  

La avaricia rompe el saco.

(The saying of the week is:     Greed breaks the bag.)

This Cuban proverb comes from an illustration of a thief who puts so much into their bag that it breaks, and they are left with problems. If we get greedy, we will be left with more problems than benefits.

Practice saying this phrase whenever you do not feel satisfied with the abundance in your life.
