Ciudad, república, provincia, departamento, and estado are some of the divisions used to distinguish different places in Spanish-speaking countries. To practice reading and preparing ourselves for travel in Spanish-speaking countries, we will learn names of places that begin with ch.

1 (uno) – Chaco, Argentina
2 (dos) – Chañaral, Chile
3 (tres) – Chuy, Uruguay
4 (cuatro) – Choré, Paraguay
5 (cinco) – Chuquisaca, Bolivia
6 (seis) – Chachapoyas, Perú
7 (siete) – Chimborazo, Ecuador
8 (ocho) – Chocó, Colombia
9 (nueve) – Charavalle, Venezuela
10 (diez) – Chiriquí, Panamá
