¡Hoy es martes meditativo!     (Today is meditative Tuesday!)

La fecha es el once (11) de abril del año dos mil veintitrés. (The date is April 11, 2023.)

El dicho de la semana es:

Siembra vientos y cosecha tempestades.

(The saying of the week is:     Sow winds and reap storms.)

This Costa Rican proverb warns us that all of our negative actions in life have consequences. I am reminded of the phrase, “You reap what you sow.”

Practice saying this proverb whenever you receive warnings or advice about avoiding negative actions.
